Cannelton Industries Site

White Lake Dock & Dredge, Inc. was brought on to this project to help complete specialized environmental dredging in the USEPA regulated cleanup of an historical tannery site. Low lake levels resulted in the need to configure equipment to work within a 30 inch draft restriction. Through the use of our modular systems, we were able to construct a dredge barge and two material barges to work within these constraints. Precision RTK GPS real-time positioning was a key ingredient in completing the final portions of this project on schedule. WLDDI was able to quickly respond to the client’s needs and bring the right tools and techniques to bear.
