Spokane River PCB Remediation Project

Spokane, WA

This project involved placement of a multi-layered cap on top of sediment deposits containing elevated concentrations of hazardous PCBs at the bottom of the Spokane River, just upstream of the Upriver Dam in Spokane County.

The construction phase has been successfully completed, now awaiting final approval from the Washington State Department of Ecology.
